Alexis joined the HMI team in 2021, bringing with her years of experience in community and progressive organizing. It is her belief that utilizing the digital realm is a crucial way to expand community and spread awareness, resources and knowledge in an ever-evolving world. With a rich history in and a deep love for writing, Alexis understands how words and ideas can be a catalyst for human flourishing. It is her hope to bring the power of passionate community engagement and the written world to this role and beyond.
