Dr. Raquel Tatar is the Senior Director of Research and Measures at Healthy Minds Innovations, Inc. where she leads the study of well-being. Tatar’s passion for using applied science and meaningful work to help people flourish was the driving force for her to dedicate over a decade exploring the facets of coping with stress, including: proactive coping, misconceptions of coping and their correlates, collective traumas, and longitudinal stressors.
